Owner John Troger began in the 80s working for a local Greek immigrant-owned painting company in East Brunswick where he learned the basics of the trade as well as developed a great work ethic.
Years later, he went on to work for a commercial outfit running crews doing large-scale jobs in the commercial and residential new construction industry. When work slowed down in the early 90s due to the recession, he hung his shingle and began working as a sole proprietor.
In 1994, he developed a close relationship with the local Benjamin Moore retailer Colors to Go and became their most referred contractor as well as completing many projects for the owners and their family members. Colors to Go has recently closed its store and John has developed a similar relationship with Riccardi Brothers.
